Consulting: Let's talk about what's worrying you, to see if it falls within our competence of mediation.

Prevention: Maybe the conflict has not broken yet, but you're detecting the problem in advance. Surely, if we make a preventive action, further damage to the parts will be much smaller or null.

Intervention: When the conflict has already occurred, it must be analyzed and we must intervene to restore the balance in the situation.

Maintenance: Once you have reached an agreement between the parties, it will be maintained over time, to avoid future conflicts. That entails monitoring by the mediator and the commitment of the parts.
