Family Mediation:

- Separations and divorces.
- Conflicts within the family.
- Inheritance.

Civil and Commercial Mediation:

- Disagreements in contracts, debt collection, consumer.

Educational Mediation:

- Centers of Elementary and Secondary Education:
......- General preventive plans.
......- Resolution of conflicts among members of the school community.
......- Detection and treatment of bullying.
- Universities.

Community Mediation:

Communities of neighbors: Neighborhoods, condominiums.

Labor Mediation:

- Treatment of work environments where there are potentially conflicting relationships.
- Prevention plans.
- Detection and treatment of mobbing.

Each of these areas can be formed by people of different origin, ethnicity, language, etc., which requires the presence of the Intercultural Mediation (and knowledge of languages), as a tool to understand cultural differences and seek a rapprochement among the parts involved in a conflict (potential or actual).

But so far the Intercultural Mediation is taking place mainly in districts and neighborhoods with people of different backgrounds.
